The rules of the Velora Studio partner program. By joining, you agree to these terms.

Anyone with a genuine audience or network can apply. We review every application and may approve or decline at our discretion. You must provide accurate information and a valid payout method.
You earn a commission (your agreed percentage, shown in your dashboard) on each paid invoice from customers you refer — including setup and recurring subscription payments — for as long as the customer remains active. Referrals are tracked with a 60-day cookie: the customer must purchase within 60 days of clicking your link.
A sale is attributed to you when the customer reaches checkout with your referral active. If multiple partners are involved, the most recent valid referral wins (last-click). Self-referrals and purchases made with your own discount for yourself are not eligible.
Approved commissions are paid monthly, in the first week of each month, once your balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of €50. Payouts are sent to the method on your profile. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings; for larger volumes we may request tax documentation.
If a referred payment is refunded, charged back, or the customer cancels within the refund window, the related commission is reversed (deducted from pending or future earnings).
The following will void commissions and may end your participation: bidding on Velora trademarks in paid ads; spam (email, SMS, comments); cookie stuffing or forced clicks; bots or fake traffic; impersonating Velora Studio; misleading or false claims about our services; coupon/deal sites that hijack attribution; and any illegal activity.
We may withhold, reverse, or audit any commission we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, inflated, or in breach of these terms, and may suspend or remove partners who engage in such activity.
You may use the Velora Studio name and provided logos to promote us honestly. You may not present yourself as Velora Studio, create confusingly similar brands/domains, or make commitments on our behalf.
You or Velora Studio may end the partnership at any time. On termination, approved commissions above the threshold will still be paid; pending commissions may be reviewed before release.
We may update the program, commission rates, or these terms. Material changes will be communicated, and continued participation means acceptance.
